Toddington

We have entered into an Option Agreement to promote 7.7 acres on Leighton Road, Toddington. We will be actively promoting the site through the Central Bedfordshire Council Plan review, with the aim to receive an allocation for residential development.

We will soon be working up proposals which will show the provision of a policy-compliant mix of housing, as well as public open space, infrastructure, landscaping and sustainable drainage features.

In September 2022, we entered into a landowner agreement to promote land extending to 4.53 acres in Raunds, Northamptonshire. The site adjoins an existing development currently being built out by Bowbridge Homes and Snowdon Homes.

We are promoting the land through the North Northamptonshire local plan for development. We look forward to working with key stakeholders to promote the site through the local plan process, delivering new homes that will contribute to the area’s housing needs.

Bracebridge Heath (Lincoln)

We have signed a landowner agreement on a 57-acre site in Bracebridge Heast South East Quadrant. The site has an allocation within the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan (2017).

It can accommodate approximately 600 homes including 20% affordable housing. We are in the process of drawing up a hybrid planning application showing in part detail and part outline with connectivity through grey and green infrastructure throughout the scheme to the surrounding parcels of allocated land.

Raunds

We were approached by the landowner to secure planning permission on this allocated site along with access. We successfully agreed terms and exchanged on an Option Agreement within a matter of months.

The site in its current form extends to just over 11 acres. We are looking at submitting a planning application during 2023 for around 100 homes with a policy-compliant mix of housing along with associated landscaping, infrastructure and sustainable drainage.
