Our Approach

When we work with a landowner, we are neither purchasers nor consultants, but partners working with the landowners to achieve their land’s potential.

Our small but experienced team works very differently from larger land promotion businesses. You will work alongside one main point of contact throughout the process, from the initial assessment of the site to the site’s sale.

  1. Site Review

We start by reviewing your site. If we think it has development potential, we will prepare a written proposal for you which outlines commercial terms and planning strategy.

This is part of an ongoing dialogue between us. Once the written proposal is complete, we will meet to discuss it in detail.

2. Legals

Once both parties are happy with the Heads of Terms, which outlines exactly what we will do for you and how the proceeds are distributed, we will instruct lawyers.

3. Planning

We then start the work to secure planning on your site. The planning process isn’t always linear and often has some ups and downs along the way, but we work with the best in their fields to secure planning permission.

We keep you, the landowner, updated throughout the entire process until planning permission is granted!

4. Marketing & Sale

Once planning permission is secured, we work with agents to produce a marketing strategy and put the site on the market to be sold to the highest or most suitable bidder.
